Your Diners Club® account is immediately credited for disputed charges while the investigation is pending. Until a problem is fully investigated, you will not be required to pay the amount in question.

Lost or unused airline tickets

In the event that a problem arises, contact the airline immediately. If you expect a credit for a lost ticket, please fax a copy of the "File Lost Ticket" Form (which the airline should provide for you) to Diners Club Customer Service at (416) 369-6320. We will promptly deal with the airline to process your credit.

Lost or stolen cards

If your Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, we will deliver a replacement to you in any major city of the world, normally within 48 hours. Please call Customer Service (day or night) toll-free in Canada & the U.S. at 1 800 363 3333. Elsewhere, call collect at (416) 369 6313.

In a situation in which you already have incurred charges but are missing your Card and your account is in good standing, we will supply payment authorization to the service establishment.
